I was looking for a sleek and thin case for my PSP 3000 and decided to go with this one. I wish I hadn't spent money on this...
The case itself has a solid build, the template feature is awesome, and it seems like it would protect the PSP fairly well. However, this case is NOT really slim. It doubles the thickness of a bare PSP.
Inside the case, there are grooves shaped like the very first PSP's curves. I found that strange considering the back of the PSP 2000 and 3000 is flat.
Also, the openings for the headphones, charger, and power button allow dust to get inside the case, which makes this case a bad idea for storing your PSP in some places.
This case would be ideal if they had left out any openings and constructed it flat and tight against the PSP.
If you're looking for a case for basic protection, need access to the ports, and don't care much about thickness, this is a great case. But if you're looking for a case that won't add bulk to your backpack but still completely cover your PSP, look elsewhere. And good luck, because I have yet to find a case that stays true to the PSP's slim form factor.

Does a good job of protecting your PSP. It's a hard case so it can take a beating. You're PSP fits nice and snug in it so your PSP won't shake around in the case while being carried.

There's not a lot to say about this case that hasn't been said already. It works, it's comfortable, everything fits, and it's definitely protecting my system. And it's fairly cheap. What more could you ask for?
The case blocks the headphone jack July 21, 2010

Reading the reviews, I thought this would be a great case, but I obviously didn't read enough reviews. This is just a clear plastic case with black rubber inserts. The feature of using the case as a stand to watch movies will not work if you need to plug in a headphone; the case block the headphone jack. This case is about the same size as the soft case that can hold up to 2 UMD disc and the soft case also has a pocket to store other accessories. While it won't work as a stand, in my opinion, it is more versatile than the Logitech plastic case. Since I already own the soft case, I will return the Logitech plastic case and I will continue to use soft case. Unfortunately, I still need a stand to watch movies on an airplane.
Protects your PSP July 8, 2010

I make both my kids pack their PSP'sinto the case when not using it and carrying it around incase it drops. When they are playing their PSP's they have a rubber type sleeve that fits over the PSP so they have better grip, less likely to get it dirty, and it it does fall may provide some protection. Also added scratch resistant screens to the PSP's to reduce potential damage to the screen.
